If you have purchased a Hits SIM card from one of our partner agents, you will need to call us to arrange activation on 96 574 3473.

Please have the SIM card number ready, which you can find on the card as shown below:

Please note: Porting your number from another provider will take 7 days.

You should not lose the service on that number in the meantime.
