In addition, our VoIP service offers FREE voicemail. So you never need to miss a call. Also, you can have your voicemail messages directed to your email. If you are away from home, it means that you can easily pick up your messages. The message is sent as an audio attachment that you can listen to from any PC or laptop which has speakers or headphones.

VoIP = Voice over Internet Protocol. This uses an internet connection to transmit voice calls, as opposed to a traditional landline.
Please note that due to the nature of the way the VoIP system works, it is not possible to dial emergency service numbers. We do not recommend the cancellation of a fixed landline telephone in favour of VoIP. However, if you do not have the possibility of a a landline, then VoIP is a great alternative.
